This combi system is full of sludge, past three years, I have cleaned this boiler’s hot water heat exchanger on a yearly basis. Without a proper system clean, I warned the customer this year that I will come back again next year to do the same.
There is an Adey Magnaclean Professional filer from the day one with this boiler new installation. Why does it not work as claimed to protect the system?
If there is too much sludge, a filer is not going to make a full protection. And if an system had been cleaned properly while a new boiler was in, there is no need for a filter. So magnic filters, are they really necessary?
Not to mention these filters can cause nonsense leaking. The worst two ones are Fernox TF1 and Adey Micron.
